Our company performs sheet cutting on a CNC punching press from “FinnPower”.
Cutting on a CNC punching press can surpass laser cutting in terms of quality and dimensional accuracy, and the cutting line is free of scale (especially on sheets made of alloyed steels).
The protective film covering stainless steel sheets does not burn and detaches more easily. Additionally, clean edges without scale are required for TIG welding.
Another advantage is that it allows for forming and thread cutting (see image).
