Our company performs sheet metal stamping on a CNC punching machine from “FinnPower”.
Cutting on a CNC punching machine can surpass laser cutting in terms of quality and dimensional accuracy, and the cutting line is free of burrs (especially on sheets made of alloyed steels).
The protective film covering stainless steel sheets does not burn and detaches more easily. Additionally, clean edges without burrs are required for TIG welding.
Another advantage is that it allows for forming and thread cutting (see image).
